I was bad when it came to this book....I judged it by it's cover. I fell head over heels for it. The purple and blue made it stand out on the bookshelf and I just had to see what it was.
This was my first historical fiction and I loved, loved, loved it. The adventure, the romance (which wasn't love at first sight, thank the lord) and everything in between.
The reading is smooth, fun, and it makes you want to read more. The characters were great and the leading man is definitely swoon worthy.
